The school is beautifully situated on the shores of Norway's largest lake Mjøsa, in walking distance from the cathedral ruins at Domkirkeodden and the city centre of Hamar.

 

The school has approximately 700 students enrolled in our different courses, including individually tailored courses for special needs students, and adult education.

 

Our students are encouraged to participate actively in school life through a number of fora, e.g. class teams, the student council, the school board, project groups and committees. A number of students are selected each year to participate in our international exchange programmes with schools, institutions and organizations in the Czech Republic, in Crete (Greece) and in Spain.
